Kaleb and I took swim lessons this summer. He was suppose to be in the Angel Fish class but since no one else signed up he was moved into the Star Fish. This class had up to three year old's in it. Kaleb loved to watch the other older kids. I loved being outside and in the pool too but after two weeks straight we were done.
Kaleb loves the water and eventually learned how to be content in the water for 30 minutes. Before all he wanted to do was go in and out. The classes included a lot of singing and playing in the water. His favorite was playing Humpty Dumpty by sitting on the wall and then falling back in. They also got to go down the water slide several days but Kaleb got progressively more and more afraid. The third time he cried after I caught him, so the last time the class went down we opted to just watch.

I wish they would space out swim lessons more, instead of every day for 2 weeks. It is hard not to get burned out.

I hope that we get a few more nice swim days over here so that I can see him do the humpty dumpty song, it's sounds so cute!
