Easter =

Easter = an annual Christian festival in commemoration of the resurrection of Jesus Christ, observed on the first Sunday after the first full moon after the vernal equinox.

On Easter we found eggs the Easter bunny hid for us.
We loved the yummy treats. This year it was m&ms, jelly beans, a few Cadbury eggs and a chocolate bunny. Kaleb also got a new shirt, a watering can to help in the garden, a large bouncy ball, and a set of match box cars. He loved it all.

Avery and I got things ready for dinner while...
...the boys took a nap! Kevin fell asleep and Kaleb curled right up next to him and fell asleep in what I thought would be the most uncomfortable position.
A long overdue Mangum dinner was had. Kaleb in his prayers these days blesses Uncle Jared, Julie, Jakie, Lucie, Holly, and William. I guess that is his way of saying we should see them more. So it was nice to visit and let the kids play. Life has been super busy and we really don't get to see them enough! I am starting to get sad about being done with school here in Portland and leaving our fun life! A part of that is not living near Jared and Julie and family and that is a bit sad!
One of my favorite parts of Easter is talking to Kaleb about the Resurrection. Grandma Mangum sent a great lesson about the Saviors death and Ressurrection. It was perfect, he loved talking about it! He has gotten to an age where the candy is awesome so we are really trying to focus on the important things. After many times of going over the lesson he finally got it. It was one of those moments, I love being a mom!

I know that my Savior lives and loves me, what a blessing it is to know!
