6 Month Baby!

We LOVE this little face and the cute smiles she give. People often ask, is she always this happy? The answer is yes, we are so blessed to have this "little one" in our family.


At 6 months Avery LOVES her brother and anything he does!

She loves to play with her feet and has even started to suck on them when they are available. I once heard that my Uncle Troy did this as a baby and thought it was a bit gross. But now that Avery has decided to do it I think it is adorable and funny!


She just started to splash in the bathtub, and makes a huge mess. I think that she enjoys it but doesn't really smile while hitting water everywhere.

She still hates the car seat!

She tries to sit up by herself (those abs are getting strong) and can sit supported.

She likes to squeal, this is her form of communication, let's hope it turns to babbling soon!

She has a hard time eating when her brother is around since she loves to watch everything he does. We have started to feed her rice and oatmeal cereal but has little interest. She takes a few bits but not still happy with just milk.
