Favorite Things

As we prepare for baby #2 I have been looking at baby pics of Kaleb. Wow what a difference a few years makes. Here he is coming home from the hospital, with a pacifier and a new blanket. So quiet, sweet and so little!


A few years later and he has substituted the pacifier for his two right fingers and loves that same blanket. He is definitely attached to the thing. He carries it around when he is tired and takes it to bed with him. Surprisingly he has no problem sleeping in the car without it. When it is getting washed he knows just where it is, and often has to check on it. I feel bad that it's not a blanket one of his grandma's made him but at least it was a gift from a great friend!
