That's funny that you lived in Utah for so long and never changed license plates. I'm impressed that you guys are dead set on becoming Oregonians. Congratulations!
You finally converted - haha! Although does this mean you love Oregon more than Utah?
To be truthful we needed to get a Smog test in order to renew in CA and so we took the plunge and registered it here. And it was cheeper.
